To keep our prices fair for everyone, from 14 July 2026 a small payment processing fee will be added to invoices paid through our online payment gateways. This fee covers the transaction charges we are billed by the payment providers — NetPoa does not profit from it.

How it works:
- The fee is shown clearly at checkout and on your invoice before you pay — no surprises.
- It appears as a separate line item, e.g. “Online Payment Processing Fee (2.5%)”.
- If you change your payment method on an invoice, the fee updates automatically — and it is removed completely if you choose Offline Payment.
