Step 1: Login to cPanel
Open your hosting cPanel.
Scroll to the Software section.
Step 2: Open MultiPHP INI Editor
Click MultiPHP INI Editor.
Step 3: Select Your Domain from dropdown list
Choose your WordPress domain from the dropdown.
Step 4: Change PHP Values
Increase these values:(example)
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 128M
memory_limit = 256M
Important:
post_max_size must be larger or equal to upload_max_filesize.
Step 5: Save
Click Apply.
Wait 1–2 minutes, then refresh your WordPress dashboard.
Verify:
Go to WordPress → Media → Add New
